Evening Skincare Ritual for Ageless Beauty

It's the most wonderful time of the year! The holidays are approaching and we have cool crisp weather, hot cocoa and warm fires to look forward to. We have been busier than ever trying to prepare and make everything just right- and admittedly, getting stressed in the process. It's easy to forget about our own self-care during busy times. But remember, the best gift you can give is your health, happiness and presence.

Stress can contribute to mood challenges and aging skin due to certain hormones affecting our healthy skin function. So, for the Ageless Beauty Evening Skincare Ritual, we focus on relaxation and anti-aging skincare.

Cleanse + Exfoliate

Apply a dime size amount of Phyto-Active Cream Cleanser and remove with a warm facial cloth. Follow by gently massaging your skin with a dime size amount of the Pumpkin Enzyme Scrub. Remove with a fresh warm facial cloth.

Mask + Meditate

Apply the Phyto-Active Firming Mask to your skin. Find a quiet, comfy area in your home to sit for ten minutes and meditate while your mask works its magic. While sitting in a comfortable position with good posture, focus on each breath. When a thought arises, gently but firmly return your attention to your breath. After the ten minutes are up, remove your mask with a fresh warm facial cloth.

Retinol

My favorite product for ageless beauty are the Gly-Pro Retinol Drops. Retinol is a Vitamin-A derivative that visibly reduces the appearance of fine lines and pores and helps plump skin. Apply a dime size amount, gently pressing into your skin. You will be pleasantly surprised when you look in the mirror in the morning.

Tone, Protect + Moisturize

Quench and calm your skin by spritzing with the Phyto-Calm Flower Mist. Follow with gently massaging the eye area with Phyto-Active Eye Cream. Finish by hydrating with the Phyto-Active Face Cream, a slightly heavier-weight anti-aging moisturizer perfect as a night cream.

Get Your Beauty Sleep

Getting a good night’s rest is one of the oldest beauty tricks in the books. Which isn’t surprising because your skin produces new collagen when you sleep. Having a clean, organized bedroom that is free of clutter is step one. Invest in comfy bedding and decor that makes your bedroom a peaceful oasis. Keeping electronics out of your bedroom will also help improve your sleep.

Goodnight!

XO Christina
