At citron, we believe that restoration is a ritual—a practice you return to on a regular basis to reconnect to your body and mind, and realign with your inner calm and balance.
We have some favorite rituals for restoring energy, glow, and grounding: massage and infrared sauna therapy.
Why Restoration Matters
With every change in season, for me, comes a mental, emotional, and physical shift. Going into fall from the summer, I feel the need to start getting more grounded and organized. Going into winter, I need more time to rest, and towards the end of winter, going into spring, I am in desperate need of a refreshing pick-me-up.

I truly feel so much lighter and have a deep sense of calm after sipping my favorite stress tea with a warm neck wrap, hydrating with some refreshing lemon, cucumber, rosemary water and literally sweating out my stress and anything that doesn’t serve me in my sauna session, and refreshing with a cold rosemary towel before my treatment begins.
