Each of our core essential oils is chosen for its ability to influence mood, energy, and emotional balance:

Rituals that Restore


Every treatment begins with a deep inhale ritual. Your chosen essential oil is also placed on each steamed towel to welcome you into the present moment. With each breath, tension softens and your body begins to ease into deep relaxation and rejuvenation.


During your private infrared sauna session that is included with your treatment, you are welcome to cool off with one of our refreshing cold towels infused with fresh rosemary.


We also infuse our massage oils with lemon balm and rosemary harvested locally. These subtle aromas, blended, and crafted in-house, provide a grounding connection to nature that lingers softly throughout your service.

Why “Citron”?


Did you know that the name Citron grew from my own love of citrus aromas? To me, the uplifting freshness of lemon and orange has always been a symbol of vitality, clarity, and a natural, healthy glow inside and out. When I created Citron, I wanted that same energy to infuse everything we do, so every guest who visits leaves feeling lighter, brighter, and renewed.


One of my favorite self-care rituals is beginning my day with cleansing breath-work while sipping a cup of hot lemon water. The aroma alone from the lemony steam is such a refreshing way to start my day with a positive mindset. After I get my daughters off to school, I go for an energizing run, followed by a walk with my dog and husband to unwind and clear my mind. Then, I take a steam shower with a favorite essential oil (I love rosemary, lemon, and eucalyptus). Now I am ready for my spa work day to begin, feeling rejuvenated.

Simple Aromatherapy Rituals for Home


Aromatherapy isn’t only for the spa, it’s a daily practice that can help you feel balanced, centered, and radiant from the inside out. Here are a few simple ways to bring the benefits into your own space:


  • Steam Shower Reset


    Place a few drops of eucalyptus, peppermint, or rosemary essential oil on the shower floor (away from direct water flow). As the steam rises, the aroma will open your breath, refresh your mind, and create a spa-like experience. Take a few deep breaths.


  • Epsom Salt Soak


    Add 2–3 drops of lavender or orange essential oil to a cup of Epsom salt, then sprinkle into warm bath water. The salts soothe tired muscles, while the aromas calm the nervous system and melt away stress.


  • Meditation or Breathwork


    Apply a drop of bergamot, grapefruit, or lemon essential oil to a cotton round or diffuser before sitting in stillness. With each inhale, allow the aroma to guide you deeper into calm, focus, or uplifted energy.


  • Yoga Flow Enhancement


    Diffuse peppermint or rosemary during your practice for an energizing flow, or lavender during restorative poses. The aromas can help you ground your mind and enhance the mind-body connection.
