Your End Of Summer Glow Guide: Gentle Rituals for Ageless Radiance

Summer is winding down, and after months of sun, heat, and outdoor fun, it’s the perfect time to refresh, renew, and gently lift your complexion. Because, as we know, sun exposure is one of the leading causes of aging,


In this guide, I’m sharing my favorite wellness rituals that help maintain ageless radiance naturally, all without needles or harsh treatments, so you can look and feel your best as the seasons change.


1. Nourish From Within: The Power of Skin-Boosting Nutrition



I don't know about you but I don't think there is anything better than a glow that comes from deep within. To me, it's the realist glow you can have because it comes from health, vitality, and feeling great. Because what good is a surface-level glow if you still don't feel your best? The stress will still show, the worry will still show, and any other negative emotion will be there, no matter how much botox you do.


After summer, your skin often craves hydration and antioxidants to repair and protect. Foods rich in vitamins C and E, omega-3 fatty acids, and hydration-promoting ingredients are my go-to recommendations for glowing skin year-round.


  • Vitamin C-rich fruits like oranges, kiwi, and berries


  • Vitamin E-packed avocados and almonds


  • Omega-3 powerhouses like salmon and chia seeds


  • Hydration heroes like cucumbers and watermelon



2. Embrace Facial Massage and Lymphatic Drainage



Of course, my favorite part of a facial (and pretty much every guest I talk to) is the facial massage. Our facial massage is a stress relieiving, wellness focused, massage designed to induce deep relaxation. This massage is included with all of our 60 and 90 minute facials.


I'd recommend once per month for facials but like most self-care activities, performing them as regularly as possible is where you see the best results. So we would absolutely recommend facial massage at home.


Using your fingertips or a tool like a jade roller or gua sha, gentle massage helps improve circulation, reduce puffiness, and support natural collagen production all contributing to a subtle, needle-free lift.


3. Rehydrate and Repair with Targeted Skincare



Some of my favorite products that target ageless beauty are the Phyto-Active Firming Mask, Hydra-Bright Hydrator, Gly-Pro Retinol Drops paired with the Bio-Renew EGF Drops, and the HA- Revive Hyluronic Mist. If there is one thing that shows up so clearly in my skin and makes me feel like I look pretty terrible, to be honest, is stress. I hate being stressed and looking stressed just tops it off. Stress really can take a toll on your skin’s appearance and aging process. As a mom, wife, business owner, etc. I want to show up as my best self for those I care about. I want to be uplifting and inspiring to my kids, my team and my guests. I don't want to bring a negetive energy to the room by looking and feeling stressed. For these reasons, and my overall concern for health, I make self-care and wellness practices a regular part of my life.


Practices like meditation, gentle yoga, or even quiet moments with a warm herbal tea help balance your mind and support that youthful glow and your overall wellness.


As summer fades, embracing simple, nourishing rituals can help you maintain radiant, ageless skin without needles or harsh procedures. These simple steps invite you to slow down, connect with your skin, and embrace natural beauty.
