Skincare + Wellness Superfood Muffins


These dark chocolate chip muffins are yummy and healthy: made with superfood supplements for glowing skin and radiant wellness. Credit given to my six year old twin daughters for their star appearance pouring ingredients.


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees


2. In a medium bowl mix:

- 2 Cups wheat flour

- 3 Tsp baking powder

- 1/2 Tsp Himalayan salt

- 1 Tsp cinnamon


3. In a separate bowl mix:

- 1/3 Cups manuka honey

- 1 1/2 Tbsp cane sugar

- 2 free range eggs

- 3/4 Cup plain Greek yogurt

- 1 Cup organic ripe banana

4. Mix - Add 1/4 cup olive oil


5. Combine wet + dry ingredients


6. Add:

- 1/3 Tsp Beta Carotene

- 3/4 Tsp Açaí Berry

- 1/4 Tsp Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)

- 1 Cup dark chocolate chips


7. Bake 15 min
