8 Ways to Show Yourself Self-Love in February + Always

We totally believe that when we care for ourselves we are better able to give to others. You can not pour from an empty cup so we have found some ways that will help you love yourself first so you are then able to love others.


1. Relax + Detox


Have a hot bath ritual that includes dry brushing and then soaking in Epsom Salts even if it’s just once a week for 20 minutes. Dry brushing removes dead skin cells and stimulates the lymphatic system, helping the body detox more effectively. Epsom salts in your bath will further draw out toxins. If your bath is hot enough to break a sweat, even better for ridding your body of toxins. The act of slowing down and calming the mind will help improve sleep if you choose to bathe before bed.
